Annie G’s Dairy 

Organic, grass-fed A2A2 milk from a fourth-generation family farm just outside Ann Arbor. The cows rotationally graze on pasture, and the herd is 100% A2A2, which many people find easier to digest than conventional milk.

It’s vat pasteurized at a low temperature to help keep the milk’s natural enzymes intact, and it’s creamline (non-homogenized), so the cream rises to the top. Shake before pouring. It comes in glass bottles and is USDA Certified Organic.
