Simply Fresh Market Online Grocery: Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

For online purchases at www.simplyfreshmarket.com, the refund and return policy applies to purchases within 7 days of scheduled delivery or pickup date and with notification of request via email to shop@simplyfreshmarket.com.

 

Applies only to the following circumstances and outlines the proposed solutions:

 

  • Received wrong item(s) in order ("mispick"): original item paid price will be refunded to original payment method

  • Product is short dated, expired, damaged, or broken seal: original item paid price will be refunded to original payment method

  • Did not receive item(s): original item paid price will be refunded to original payment method

 

Per management discretion, returned item(s) may either be picked up by our delivery team or allowed to be kept/discarded and will be directed by email communication. Our team may request proof via text of photo regarding product in question.

Abandoned orders will not be refunded. This includes abandoned pickups, or deliveries not accepted during quoted delivery time delivered to given address.

Improperly ordered items or 'unwanted items' are not subject to refund, so please double check your order and personal information to ensure accuracy before submitting your order.

 

Cancellations must be requested via email to shop@simplyfreshmarket.com within 6 hours of order submission. Due to our quick order fulfillment turnaround, we cannot refund orders that are already processed.
