Our Reubens start with Zingerman's Jewish Rye for a slightly tangy bread base. The centerpiece of the sandwich is undoubtedly the corned beef. We get ours from Sy Ginsberg, a Detroit-based deli company known for its exemplary and authentic flavors.

That perfectly salted tenderness pairs well with the mild and melty organic Swiss cheese. From there, we add sauerkraut to bring that bright and briny contrast, and top it all off with our original recipe Thousand Island dressing– it’s a little tangy, a little sweet, and just enough to tie it all together.
