That perfectly salted tenderness pairs well with the mild and melty organic Swiss cheese. From there, we add sauerkraut to bring that bright and briny contrast, and top it all off with our original recipe Thousand Island dressing– it’s a little tangy, a little sweet, and just enough to tie it all together.
