Back in 2019, we took on the challenge, and that special blend of quality and care proved to be the right recipe.
We wanted a burger that tasted like a classic diner burger, but made with ingredients we'd confidently feed our own family. That's why we decided to hand-shape our 4-ounce patties using grass-fed, grass-finished Michigan ground beef for a hearty, juicy, and flavorful burger. It’s familiar yet unique, with a local flavor you can't get anywhere else.
Speaking of local, each burger is served on a brioche bun from Grand River Bakery, because the bread matters just as much as what’s inside it. Every time you order our burger, you're advocating for Michigan farmers and artisans.
Gluten-free? No problem! Our organic ancient grain bun option comes from Happy Campers, and we've found it holds up to the task quite well.
Our burgers are available as singles or doubles, so you can choose the size that fits your appetite, whether you’re looking to stack or snack. And if customization is your thing, our Build Your Own Burger lets you add whatever toppings you’re craving. Whether you want your burger with bacon, cheddar, and Swiss cheese or loaded with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and microgreens, the Simply Fresh kitchen can make it happen!
