Meet the newest addition to the Simply Fresh beverage lineup: our very own electrolyte water!

Summer in Michigan means sweat, and sweat means you're losing more than just water. You're losing electrolytes, the minerals your body needs to keep muscles working, nerves firing, and energy up. Cramps, headaches, and fatigue are all classic signs of depleted electrolytes. 

And while plain water is great for rehydrating, it doesn't replace those lost minerals. Your average sports drink does replace some of it, but usually alongside a bevy of dyes and artificial colorings we'd rather skip. So we built our own.

Each bottle is made with Redmond's Re-Lyte Electrolyte Powder, providing a balanced source of sodium, magnesium, chloride, and potassium. Redmond’s salt comes from an ancient mineral deposit in Utah. Unlike a lot of standard salts, this retains the trace minerals that so often get stripped out during processing.

Of course, the real fun of any replenishing sports drink is the vibrant colors. But rest assured, there are no dyes here: our electrolyte waters are colored with turmeric, spirulina, and beet powder! It’s all about getting bright colors from real food; the same vibrant look with none of the lab-made ingredients.
