We start with local, Amish-raised chicken breast, chosen for its quality— it’s humanely raised, non-GMO, and antibiotic-free. This chicken is brined overnight to lock in that juiciness we all crave in a tender. Each piece is then hand-dredged in egg, parmesan, and gluten-free breadcrumbs, which give the tenders that signature satisfying crunch.

Our chicken strips are fried in grass-fed beef tallow, which has a high heat tolerance and creates a robust, diner-style crispness. Not to mention, grass-fed beef tallow is a great alternative to highly-processed seed oils. You're likely going to notice a positive difference not only in taste but also in the way your body feels after eating these— as compared to your standard restaurant tender fried in soybean or canola oil of the GMO variety.
