At Simply Fresh, we believe holiday food should feel special without being especially stressful. Even if you missed our catering deadline, we’re still cooking—and offering a bevy of gourmet, scratch-made entrées and sides available all week long.
Our traditional holiday dishes are anything but ordinary, and each one is made with care right here in our kitchen. Even better, every option includes reheating instructions to make your Thanksgiving prep a little simpler.

The centerpiece of the meal, of course, is the turkey. We’re offering two kinds this year, and both start with an overnight brine to lock in the flavor. After that, you can choose the style you prefer—either the rotisserie turkey, with its rich, savory roasted taste, or the maple wood–smoked version for a hearty, robust flavor.
As for the sides, there are no canned cranberries or boxed potatoes here: every holiday staple is made in-house from scratch. We slowly simmer fresh cranberries for our cranberry sauce. We peel and mash organic sweet potatoes and Yukon Golds for our Sweet Potato Mash and Homestyle Mash. Our stuffing is made from Zingerman’s Rustic Italian bread, onion, celery, and a delectable blend of herbs and spices. And our original recipe Creamy Corn Casserole is a comfort food favorite.
And, to add a little color to the table, our Holiday Medley is back again, featuring a hearty mix of roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and poached cranberries, drizzled with Michigan maple syrup and a smattering of pecans.
To top it all off, we’ve also prepared quarts of our gluten-free turkey gravy as a savory and satisfying way to tie your meal together.
And of course, no holiday meal is complete without dessert. That’s why our in-house bakery is featuring pumpkin pies and pumpkin cheesecakes made with real Michigan pumpkin purée. With everything baked right here, these desserts are ready for you to take home, slice, serve, and savor.
Whether you’re hosting a family gathering or having a quiet day in, great holidays start with good food. And at Simply Fresh, we’re here to help you make that happen.
We’ll be closed on Thursday, but be sure to stop by and get your holiday meal while they're here!
