But that's not how Simply Fresh operates.

The loyal readers of the Simply Fresh Blog may recall our posts about our Turkey vs. Bacon or our Classic Reuben. But those— while admittedly spectacular— aren't our only sandwiches. It all starts with the pork. We smoke GMO-free heritage pork shoulder and pull it right here in-store. That is the part almost nobody else bothers with– it can be slow, tedious work. But taking that extra time and putting in that extra work is exactly why our pulled pork tastes the way it does. There's no shortcut that even comes close to that flavor.

As always, the difference is in the details. We slice the grass-fed Swiss cheese and GMO-free heritage ham ourselves rather than using the pre-portioned stuff.
